Pay & Perks

Choose Your Shifts
- Part-Time: 2p-8p Monday, Wednesday & Every weekend (differential provided, see below)
Every Weekend commitment includes a $5 per hour differential bonus for all shifts worked on WKDNS*
Status & hours available are based on client needs, more information will be provided upon interview*
Your Role as a CNA
You’ll help clients live safely and independently in their homes by:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, mobility)
- Providing medication reminders and companionship
- Preparing meals and light housekeeping
- Running errands or helping clients attend appointments
- Supporting physical therapy exercises
- Acting quickly and responsibly in emergencies
What You Need
- Current CNA license in ND
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Compassionate, dependable, and a team player
- High school diploma or equivalent
