Curious about sourdough but not sure where to start? Join Legendary Greens, aka the Veggie Van duo, John & Rebecca, for a fun, beginner-friendly introduction to the art of sourdough baking!

Learn the basics, including how starters work, how to feed and care for the starter, the baking process, and simple tips for making your first loaf at home. This informational class will give you the knowledge, confidence, and inspiration to start your sourdough journey.

Bonus: The first 10 participants will receive a sourdough starter to take home! Learn, ask questions, and get ready to bake your own delicious “dough”!
