Join us for our free resource fairs highlighting community services for older adults.

Connect with exhibitors to find local resources such as:

• Caregiver support and respite services.
• Health care, including navigating the health care system, health insurance, preventative care and medication review.
• Housing services.
• Nutrition services, including services that offer healthy meals.
• Transportation services for medical appointments, grocery shopping and running errands.
