Intro to Pickleball

Bismarck Parkinson’s Support Group, in collaboration with Bismarck Parks & Rec, invite you to join us for INTRO TO PICKLEBALL!
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3 10am – 11am
Capital Racquet & Fitness Center – 3200 N 10th St, Bismarck
Pickleball has shown to improve physical and cognitive symptoms of Parkinson’s while promoting socialization. These sessions will be lead by a Pickleball expert – designed to give you the basics of the sport along with a focus on safety.
