Intro to Pickleball
Bismarck Parkinson’s Support Group, in collaboration with Bismarck Parks & Rec, invite you to join us on Wednesday, October 15th and/or Thursday, October 16th from 10:00am – 11:00am at Capital Racquet & Fitness Center (3200 N 10th St, Bismarck) for an introduction to PICKLEBALL.
Pickleball has shown to improve physical & cognitive symptoms of Parkinson’s while promoting socialization. These sessions will be lead by a Pickleball expert – designed to give you the basics of the sport along with a focus on safety.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a clean pair of court shoes to change into. If you need extra assistance, please have a care-partner join you.
